DaoYin is an alternative Taoist system for restoring the body through breathing exercises (lying, sitting, standing). The difference between DaoYin and Indian Yoga - especially natural respiratory functions during exercise (without pauses).

Each exercise locally affects this or that part of the body, the organ, the biologically active point of the human body. In the long term, exercises can be performed locally, choosing problem areas of the body, organs and acting on it.
